We have 2 types of training for beginners, the general Class and the 2 weeks beginners class
THE GENERAL CLASS
The general class is like the old fashioned apprenticeship where you learn on the job. You can join in at any time, we work on the clients cakes together, its for 3 months.
You bring your ingredients when you want to practice, we would be available to guide you through.
The timing is also flexible, the shop is opened from 9a.m to 5.30pm Mondays to Saturdays, you dont have to come everyday, but the more you come the faster you learn.
After the end of 3 months, you’ll have learnt how to bake Vanilla, chocolate, redvelvet, coconut, strawberry and banana cakes. you’ll also have learnt how to decorate cakes in fondant and butter icing. You’ll recieve your certificate.
THE 2 WEEKS BEGINNERS CLASS
We have a calender for this type of class. Its just for 2 weeks, you’ll be expected to bring your tools and ingredients from the beginning of the class.
You’ll learn how to bake Vanilla, chocolate, redvelvet, coconut, strawberry and banana cakes. You’ll also learnt how to decorate cakes in fondant and butter icing. Plus how to make cake toppers, simple flowers and more.
During the second week, you’ll have your final project and recieve your certificate.
